Do something amazing today!
An overseas challenge is the perfect opportunity to see some of the most stunning places in the world and gain a lasting sense of achievement.
How does it work?
Not only do we set you a physical and challenging task - such as a fundraising trek up Kilimanjaro, an Everest expedition or a charity bike ride, but you also get involved with a community project in the host country, supporting the development objectives of local people. The challenges are very rewarding, you will get to see some amazing places, gain a sense of achievement and know that you supported a good cause all at the same time.
Once you know an overseas challenge is for you, you can raise funds through sponsorship to cover the operating costs of the challenge, as well as to raise funds for Coeliac UK. So, an overseas challenge offers you the chance to see amazing places, do amazing things, and help amazing people, so everyone's a winner!
Some of the overseas challenges include:
The Kilimanjaro Challenge
Not only do you get to face the ultimate challenge of climbing Mt Kilimanjaro, the world's tallest freestanding volcano, but you also get the opportunity to volunteer to help children at a local school in Moshi by completing much needed repairs and refurbishments.
The Indochina Cycle Challenge
Explore southern Vietnam and Cambodia from the unique vantage point of a cyclist's saddle on this charity challenge. There is the chance to be involved in the volunteer project to construct simple classrooms and bedrooms for landmine victims and orphans of victims.
